Our approach to business ethics and integrity is closely monitored by our ESG Committee who report to the BaxterStorey board.
HEALTH & SAFETY
The commitment to protect the health & safety of our staff, customers and suppliers is paramount in the operation of our business. We strictly manage our due diligence procedures whilst adhering to and exceeding all relevant legal standards. BaxterStorey is accredited to OHAS ISO 45001 and is accredited to Safe Contractor.
HUMAN RIGHTS
We respect the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and are guided by its articles and provisions in our day-today business including the compilation and management of our supply chain. BaxterStorey is a signatory of the UN Global Compact. Modern Slavery statements are available on the respective company websites.

OUR ENVIRONMENT
We are committed to minimising the impact our operations have on the environment and promoting environmentally responsible practices throughout our business in accordance with our Environmental Management System and policy. BaxterStorey operates an environmental management system accredited to ISO 14001:2015 and an energy management system accredited to ISO 50001:2018. BaxterStorey has signed the Business Ambition for 1.5°C, joing us on the Race to Zero and committing us to net zero using a science-based target approach.
UN SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS
BaxterStorey has embraced the UN SDGs and is working to map all business activities to each of the 17 goals. The SDGs provide the business with a robust framework by which to pull together all the sustainability threads that permeate the business into a focussed strategy towards global implementation of the SDGs by 2030.
